Elevate was created based on a need for people who don’t want large groups, but also don’t have a budget for a personal trainer.
Most clients come in with previous injuries and need to modify. Many are also “middle aged”, when metabolism slows, and fat starts to build (especially in women)...
As we age we need to exercise differently. We need to focus on maintaining and gaining muscle, and cut down on cardio. We also need rest days, so 4 days/week of strength training allows for that.
And from these needs, Elevate was born.
We require 30 day's notice. An in-person paper cancellation form will need to be signed and submitted.
