We will have seminars and workshops every month! From health coaches to holistic nutritionists to mobility workshops! We will be offering the best education to help you learn more about how to lose fat in a healthy way, and ways to take better care of your body. Because our demographic is mainly middle-aged women, our owner (Teresa Sampson) is also focusing on her menopause coaching certification and how to train before/during/after that big hormonal shift in women's lives.
We'll also be including educational pieces on the importance of sleep and stress in relation to stubborn fat loss, gut health, and more! This is not "just another gym" it's a new way of life and learning how to heal and take better care of our bodies.
